How does this work?

• Have your laundry in a laundry bag or drawstring trash bag - you will get a text message when they are on their way.
• The driver will pick up your laundry and take it back to our laundromat.
• You can leave special instructions on how you want your laundry done when you place your order. Our attendant will see it and launder your clothes accordingly.
• We will wash, dry and fold your clothes and return them to your doorstep.
• Your credit card will not be charged until your laundry is finished. You will get an emailed receipt.

When is this available?

• Pickup and delivery is available Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 12PM.
• Please note orders scheduled for pickup on Saturday will be returned clean and fresh on Monday.
• We do not operate service routes on Sunday.

Our Quality Wash Process

When we pick up your items, we’ll bring it back to our laundromat where we get to work. First we will review the order you placed on line to find any special instructions. We will incorporate those instructions into our process when completing your order.

We take everything into consideration. We separate laundry into whites, lights, and darks. We wash laundry using premium detergents and fabric softeners. Free & clear alternatives are available. Once a load is done spinning, we promptly transfer from washer to dryer and select appropriate heat setting to ensure fabric preservation. We’ll also use scent-free dryer sheets if requested—just ask the attendant when you drop off your laundry.

Once the load is dry, we promptly remove items, lay them out, and professionally fold everything including matching socks. We also hang all dress shirts and pants unless requested differently. Once all is done, we’ll pack it gently into protective bags and notify you when your laundry is out for delivery.
